Shipping
At KEMMBOO, we dispatch our products via DHL. Shipping charges will be determined at checkout based on the size of your order and your shipping address. We ensure that orders are sent off within 1 to 3 business days. Typically, the expected delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 days. However, once the order is with DHL, the actual delivery time is beyond our control.

Returns
Ensuring our customers are completely satisfied is paramount at KEMMBOO. We are prepared to accept product returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must retain their original tags and must not be worn or washed, adhering to hygiene protocols. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us at info@kemmbaby.com. The cost of return shipping falls on the customer. We promote sustainability and encourage you to reuse our 100% recyclable mailer bags for returns. If you decide to use different packaging, you will be responsible for the shipping label costs.

Certain items may be designated as final sale and therefore are not eligible for returns. Similarly, gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We provide exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for an identical product, and it is in stock, please get in touch with us at info@kemmbaby.com, and we will facilitate the exchange.
